What it does

Report, plan, and act on Google Ads

The Google Ads MCP connects Google Ads to Claude over the Model Context Protocol. It goes beyond read-only reporting: it adds a full Keyword Planner and safe, preview-then-confirm campaign writes. It runs today in Claude Code and Desktop; a hosted, OAuth-secured version is on the way.

  • GAQL reporting — query campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and search terms across any authorized account.
  • Keyword Planner — search volume, competition, and bid ranges, scoped to any geo (country, state, DMA, or city).
  • Guardrailed campaign writes — pause campaigns, adjust budgets and bids, and add negative keywords.
  • Preview-then-confirm safety — every change is validated and shown first, with budget and bid caps plus a kill switch.
  • Account discovery — list every Google Ads account you are authorized to reach.

What is the Google Ads MCP?
A Google Ads connector for Claude built on the Model Context Protocol. It handles GAQL reporting, Keyword Planner lookups, and safe campaign changes, all from your chat.
Can it make changes to my campaigns?
Yes — it can pause campaigns, adjust budgets and bids, and add negative keywords. Every write is preview-then-confirm: the change is validated and shown to you first, nothing applies without your explicit confirmation, and budget and bid caps plus a kill switch keep it safe.
Is it available now?

How is it different from the official Google Ads MCP?
