Website migration servicesFeel trapped by your CMS? You are not.

We move your whole site off Squarespace, Wix, or a tangled WordPress build and onto a platform you can grow on: every page, redirect, image, and line of metadata. Zero headaches, rapid timelines, and dramatically reduced costs.

Where is your site today?

What usually hurts
Templates you cannot fully control, thin options for structured data and URL structure, and features you keep working around.
Where we would likely take you
Webflow or a clean WordPress build
What comes with you
Every page and post, your images, your URLs (redirected where they change), and your search history.

Everything that comes with you

Most migrations go wrong in the details nobody listed. So we list them. This is the manifest for every move we run.

  • Pages, posts, and mediaAll of it, inventoried by crawl so nothing is missed.
  • A URL map with 301 redirectsEvery old address points to its new home.
  • Titles, descriptions, canonicalsThe metadata search engines already know you by.
  • Structured dataCarried over, and usually improved, so search engines and AI assistants read you correctly.
  • Image alt text and accessibilityChecked and repaired during the move.
  • Forms and integrationsCRM, email, scheduling, and anything else your forms feed.
  • Analytics and trackingReconnected and verified before launch day.
  • A before-and-after benchmarkTraffic and rankings measured on both sides of the move.

One week after a relaunch

A professional-services site we moved from Squarespace to Webflow with a new design. The client asked for a more professional look. This is what the data showed seven days later.

A good migration is a chance to fix what was holding the old site back: structure, speed, metadata, and how clearly the pages answer real questions.

ChangeWhat movedRelative size
+131%Direct traffic
+41%Organic search trafficBefore the new sitemap was submitted to Search Console
+400%Engagement, all channels
+145%Engagement from direct and from organic visitorsEach channel, measured separately
Week over week, first seven days after relaunch. Visits referred by AI assistants also tripled, from a very small base. One site and one week is an early read, not a promise.

How a migration runs

People run this, with the best tooling available doing the tedious parts. A strategist checks every page before it goes live.

You get one team for design, content, code, and data, all working from your CMS as the single source of truth. That is why it moves quickly, and why you are not left coordinating four vendors.

  1. Inventory

We crawl every URL and benchmark current traffic and rankings.

  2. Map

Old URLs to new, content types to templates, redirects written.

  3. Design, if you want it

New templates led by our creative director, or a faithful like-for-like rebuild.

  4. Move

Content, media, and metadata migrated and checked page by page.

  5. Launch

Redirects live, sitemap submitted, tracking verified.

  6. Measure

A report comparing before and after, including how AI assistants see the new site.

The people who pitch are the people who do the work

Two principals, one team. No account layer between you and the people making decisions about your site.

Questions people ask first

What is included in a website migration?

A full inventory of every URL, a redirect map, and the move itself: pages, posts, images, titles, meta descriptions, structured data, forms, and tracking. We launch on the new platform, submit the new sitemap, and report on traffic and rankings afterward so you can see that nothing was lost.

Will I lose search rankings when I migrate?

Not if the migration is planned around search from the start. We benchmark rankings and traffic before anything moves, map every old URL to its new home with 301 redirects, and carry over titles, metadata, and schema. Most ranking losses come from skipped redirects and dropped metadata, and both are avoidable.

Should I move from Squarespace to Webflow or to WordPress?

It depends on who will run the site afterward. Webflow suits teams that want design control and low maintenance. WordPress suits teams that publish a lot or need specific integrations. We recommend one after the inventory, once we know what your site has to do.

Do I have to change platforms at all?

No. Sometimes the right move is to stay on the CMS you have and rebuild the foundation underneath it. If your platform is not really the problem, we will say so.

Can you migrate the site without redesigning it?

Yes. A like-for-like migration keeps your current design and moves it to a better platform. Many clients pair the move with a redesign because the templates are being rebuilt anyway, but that is your choice.

How do you price a migration?

We give you a fixed quote after the inventory step, when we know the page count, the content types, and how much redesign is involved. You see the number before anything moves. The tedious parts go much faster with our tooling, and the quote reflects that.
